    COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED - Plano, TX

    We are partnering with a Commercial Property Management company to help expand their office due to continuous growth in business They are conveniently located in Plano, TX and offer a great place to work Please contact me directly if you are an experienced Commercial Assistant Property Manager looking to make a change Our Client offers a lucrative base and great benefits along with other great perks

    Qualified candidates should have the following experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • A minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate property support experience required for Class A office buildings
    • Experience with Kardin and MRI highly preferred
    • Highly organized and skilled with time management; ability to multi-task, detail oriented
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills; portrays confidence with both
    • Ability to work well with others, give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner
    • Ability to maintain confidential information
    • Demonstrates initiative and reflects a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook
