    Position Overview:


    As a Human Resources Generalist at Zenith Behavioral Health, you will be an integral part of our HR department, supporting various functions critical to our organization's success.

    This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll inquiries.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development activities.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS for data management.
    • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the healthcare or social services industry is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
