Summary
The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in the organization's human resources function, handling various tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance.
You will serve as a resource for employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations while supporting the overall HR function.
The HR Generalist will support the day-to-day operations of the Corporate office as well as the individual clinics and ensure high-quality customer service to our Corporate and Clinic employees.
The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, and interviews, as needed.
- Assist with employee benefits and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Onboarding/orientation for new employees.
- Assist employees in training and navigating Rippling (HRIS) and SharePoint.
- Assisting with HR policies development and implementation.
- Employee engagement and employee rewards/recognition.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries.
- Maintaining HR records and documentation.
- Collaborating with other departments on HRrelated projects and initiatives.
- Staying updated on relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Supporting the overall HR function as needed.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in lieu of degree.
- Previous work/knowledge of medical field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to various clinic sites. Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to access and navigate each department and clinic site
