    Description

    Job Overview:

    We're currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a positive and professional demeanor, coupled with excellent communication skills.

    Compensation: $ $25.00 / hour

    Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer benefits and leave programs, including disability, workers compensation, and personal leave.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for both vendors and employee inquiries.
    • Support the recruiting process and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless selection and onboarding of top-tier talent.
    • Plan and execute new employee orientation and training sessions.
    • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
    • Maintain meticulous human resources records.
    • Update and uphold the company handbook, guidelines, and FAQ documents pertaining to company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
