    Sales Account Executive - Electronic Components, Semiconductors, Chips

    Salary:

    • $40,000 Base (Estimated Total Comp Range with Commission- $100,000 - $150,000+)

    DERF Electronics Corp is a distributor/broker of electronic components (microchips).

    Our industry is among the largest and continually growing, amounting to $1.7 Trillion and expanding at a rate of 5% annually.

    We are seeking a diligent, self-driven individual who aims for a career in this thriving, dynamic sector of the technology field. This particular sector is extremely profitable, with limitless potential.

    If you possess innate sales skills, have the knack for establishing genuine customer connections, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

    All specialized industry training will be provided post-onboarding, requiring no prior industry-specific background, only sales expertise.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years in a Sales / Business Development Role.
    • Prior sales exposure in sectors like Solar, Cars, Insurance, Door to Door Sales, Pharmaceuticals, etc., is valuable though not mandatory.

    Competencies Needed:

    • Ability to engage customers effectively over calls, foster enduring relationships, and successfully close deals.
    • Regularly conduct outbound sales calls.
    • Comfortable conversing with customers on the phone, preferring candidates who enjoy interactive customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated individual.
    • Team player.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate new sales prospects through outbound sales efforts.
    • Consistently promote and mediate parts to your existing customer base.
    • Handle domestic/international clients across various time zones.
