    Talent Acquisition Specialist at World Central Kitchen, Inc.

    Position Overview:

    • Location: Washington DC
    • Days On-site: 2-3 days per week
    • Travel: Occasional, including international

    Responsibilities:

    • Master Scheduler: Orchestrate interviews across multiple time zones smoothly
    • Tech Savvy Innovator: Utilize cutting-edge tools for efficient recruiting processes
    • Global Connector: Engage with candidates worldwide using your international experience
    • Administrative Guru: Manage all administrative tasks meticulously
    • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure all candidates feel valued throughout the process
    • Collaboration Expert: Work closely with different teams for efficient hiring
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of recruiting experience
    • Global recruitment background
    • Multilingual skills are a plus
    • Personable and charismatic personality
    • Proven scheduling expertise
    • Tech proficiency with various tools
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Alignment with WCK's mission and values
    • Valid U.S. work authorization and passport
