    Position Description

    Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager with accountability for executing the day-to-day full lifecycle recruiting activity for specific roles on our team. This position will be responsible for driving the growth of our team and will be an incredible opportunity for you to contribute your talent, knowledge, and grow your career at CINQCARE.     Job Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

    • Source highly specialized candidates at all levels for our team
    • Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to our team
    • Consult with leadership on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
    • Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
    • Generate new leads and expand your network of talent
    • Network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
    • Tailor your approach to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles
    • Build community-based connections in an effort to promote local talent acquisition
    • Attend relevant events including job fairs, seminars, and local networking events to promote CINQCARE's brand and employment opportunities
    • Coordinate the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    General Duties

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the following duties:

    • Leadership: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in talent acquisition.
    • Strategy: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
    • Collaboration: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure that talent acquisition capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE.
    • Knowledge: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide subject matter expertise in talent acquisition, solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for recruitment strategies, solution deployment, and performance evaluation.
    • Culture: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for their team and as part of the larger Company.

    Qualifications

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist should have the following qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related discipline
    • Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in recruitment – agency or corporate. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the healthcare industry. Hands-on experience with various virtual interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews. Experience using LinkedIn and other creative sourcing tools to source quality candidates;
    • Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to understand and explain job requirements for a wide variety of roles; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE's team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    • Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and,
    • Culture: Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial Company.

    Compensation: $50-60k

    Location: New York, NY area OR Washington, DC area
