In this position, you will be expected to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales.ResponsibilitiesDevise effective territory sales and marketing strategiesAnalyze data to find the most efficient sales methodsMeet with customers to address concerns and provide solutionsDiscover sales opportunities through consumer researchPresent products and services to prospective customersParticipate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationshipsConduct training in sales techniques and company product attributesAssess sales performance according to KPIsMonitor competition within assigned regionPrepare and submit reports to the Sales DirectorRequirementsProven experience as a Territory ManagerProven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferredAbility to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsProficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plusExcellent sales and communication skillsOrganizational and leadership abilityProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
