    Contractor Solutions Trench Shoring is an equipment rental and sales company specializing in underground safety equipment and supplies. Founded in 2006, the company has experienced continuous growth.

    In 2016, Contractor Solutions currently has 5 locations throughout the midwest and is proud to be a Pro-Tec Equipment dealer offering trench boxes, shoring equipment, and safety equipment to sewer, water, and underground utility contractors.

    While our primary focus is on trench safety, we strive to be a comprehensive supplier for utility contractors, providing a wide range of equipment and supplies.

    We also are an exclusive dealer in St. Louis for Thundercreek fuel trailers and Ring-O-Matic vacuum pothole trailers

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Territory Manager at Contractor Solutions Trench Shoring. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within the designated territory.

    This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships.

    While the role is primarily based in St Louis, MO, the manager will travel and manage accounts from a 90 mile radius or more.

    (some overnight travel required) Company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and expense account provided.

    Competitive base salary plus commission & benefit package.

    Qualifications

    Proven sales experience in the construction or equipment rental industry
    Strong knowledge of underground safety equipment and trench shoring products
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    Self-motivated and able to work independently
    Organizational and time management skills
    Knowledge of the St Louis, MO market and customer base
    Experience with CRM software
    Ability to travel within the assigned territory
    Valid driver's license

    Additional qualifications that would be beneficial:

    Experience with Pro-Tec Equipment or similar trench shoring brands
    Knowledge of pipe and rotary lasers, water pumps, light towers, and other construction equipment
    Membership or involvement in NUCA or AGC.
    Experience providing safety training to contractors
    CDL to pull Ring-O-Matic for vac demo's
    Competitive & not going to lose attitude
    Relationship building experience & mindset
