    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    :


    Review and assist with cross-functional responses for customer terms and conditions for the transactional contracts (domestic commercial and Government including FP, BOA, Task Orders, & IDIQ), tenders, non-disclosure agreements, customer surveys, and flow-down provisions for subcontracts.

    Assist with the negotiation of terms and conditions, master supply agreements, and other various customer contracts.
    Prepare, review, and negotiate customer and company non-disclosure agreements.

    Support execution and management of all third-party sales channel agreements (distributors, sales representatives, finders, etc.) and consultant agreements in accordance with company requirements.

    This includes completion of the required due diligence, preparation of agreements, and obtaining the requisite approvals, as well as preparing amendments as required and ensuring timely renewals.

    Ensure revenue recognition criteria and credit concerns are appropriately considered for deal valuation and contract structure.
    Research and resolve contract-related issues including collections and closeouts.
    Clarify and negotiate company standard terms and conditions with customers.

    Assist sales and project management staff in the development of a negotiation strategy, and advises production, quality, and planning to fulfill contract obligations.

    Drafts contract revisions, certs and reps., letters of correspondence, modifications to agreements, and assist with contract close-out efforts.
    Basic understanding of export administration and conducting denied parties screening for customers, visitors, and subcontractors.

    Provide support for the contract approval process to ensure that all required approvals are obtained and that all contracts are approved and executed in accordance with the company Signature and Approval Authorization Matrix (SAAM).

    Manage various contract compliance functions, including completing Denied Party Screening (for Trade Compliance), and maintaining company registrations (with the U.S.

    SAM, etc.).
    Act as the Local Records Coordinator for all Contract files, including contract record-keeping, tracking, and archiving as required.
    Enter contract agreements, templates, and other related contractual documents in the company ERP system.
    Required Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is required.

    A minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a government or Government contractor manufacturing or work environment and/or equivalent demonstrating the ability to negotiate sales transactions addressing both legal and business concerns.

    Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    :

    Ability to deal effectively with customer relations (internal and external) demonstrating excellent communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems utilizing the contract desk references and negotiation training.
    Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite numerous interruptions.

    Accuracy and attention to detail applying a solid understanding of core contract terminology balancing deal closure with the contractual risks.

    Computer literate, familiar with MS Office Suite, and able to research basic FAR/DFAR, and other internet-based reference materials. Experience with document management systems and an IFS software-based ERP system.
