- Engage in client's Excellence programs and certifications.
- High School Degree/GED
- 2+ years of call center and troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency in call center tools like CRM and phone software.
- Able to manage 75-90 calls daily with a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking.
