    What we are seeking in our Call Center Representative



    Job Title: Call Center Representative

    Location: East Syracuse, NY 13056

    Duration: 24 months contract

    Pay Range: $18 to $19 per hour

    We are in search of a motivated individual with strong processes to join our Customer Care Center. You will be responsible for aiding our customers through phone and written communication.

    Working with end user-homeowners, contractors, and distributors, our Call Center operates at a high volume and pace, emphasizing customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver outstanding customer support to homeowners.
    • Assist homeowners in finding local service providers.
    • Handle customer interactions through phone, email, and written correspondence.
    • Support users with Wi-Fi troubleshooting and Remote access.
    • Report customer issues to management and identify improvement areas.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
    • Engage in client's Excellence programs and certifications.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • High School Degree/GED
    • 2+ years of call center and troubleshooting experience.

    Key Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in call center tools like CRM and phone software.
    • Able to manage 75-90 calls daily with a positive attitude.
    • Strong customer service, communication, and MS Office skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking.
