    TRC's client is a telecommunications service provider seeking a Business Development Representative on a full-time, direct hire basis.

    What's in it for you:

    Location: Greensboro, NC (Remote)

    Pay rate: $50,000K/Year (based on experience)

    Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

    Job Type: Direct Hire

    What you will do:

    • Prospecting, cold-calling, canvassing within your territory to generate leads and business
    • Consult with businesses, virtually and in person, to understand pain-points and provide custom solutions to meet their needs
    • Service and grow existing account base
    • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track calls, meetings and other sales activity
    • Negotiate new and existing contracts
    • Attend monthly in-person sales meeting in downtown Greensboro, NC

    What we need:

    • 2 to 4 years of outside, B2B sales experience
    • Experience making cold calls, booking meetings over the phone
    • Account Management experience
    • Ability to work independently, strong time management skills
    • Must have a working computer, smart phone, and internet access
