    About the Role

We are looking for an equally wonderful Workplace Experience Manager to play a key role in creating a seamless environment, furthering our 'People First' culture for all guests and employees, and ensuring workplace operations run smoothly at all times. We are excited to bring on a Workplace Experience Manager

    This role will report to our Head of Business and People Operations. Based in our San Francisco office while also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our New York City office remotely. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.     What you'll achieve
    • Screen phone calls and greet Personerds and visitors as the voice and face of Persona
    • Act as the point of contact/escalation for all workplace matters
    • Manage the ongoing upkeep of our facilities in collaboration with the management company, building security, and various vendors
    • Oversee supplies, manage inventory, and support external partners with ad-hoc gift ordering
    • Own employee programming and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual company-wide events including, happy hours, picnics, holiday parties, and more.
    • Ensure common areas are tidy and meeting-ready
    • Maintain and refine workplace processes as we continue to grow and scale
    What you'll bring to Persona
    • 2+ years experience working in an office, hospitality, or retail operations - bonus points if you've worked in a startup office environment
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while delivering world-class results
    • Willingness to be onsite 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday) with occasional overtime
    • Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail
    • Low ego with pride in your relentless execution to get the job done
    • Comfortable adhering to deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Work involves extended walking, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling. Must be able to comfortably lift up to 20lbs

    Compensation & Equity

    For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $60,000 - $85,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications, and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, that the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
