    **Sales Manager**

    **The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and lead the daily activities of the sales department.**

    **Day-to-Day :**

    Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the sales team

    Motivate and encourage sales team to ensure quotas are met

    Become an expert in the full portfolios of business service offerings and products

    Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets

    Collaborate with internal teams to implement efficient and consistent sales to onboarding client success process for new clients

    Champion the use of CRM and sales automation technologies

    Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies

    Measure and track individual and team performance through established sales metrics

    Monitor the sales budget and approve expenses

    Collaborate with internal team to recruit, hire, onboard and train top-notch sales professionals

    Perform other duties as assigned

    **To thrive in this role you have:**

    A Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or related field OR

    4+ years managing a sales team required

    At least 3 years of sales experience required

    Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, preferably within the SaaS, payments processing, or point-of-sale industries, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

    A passion for building out a well-oiled sales organization required

    Strong leadership and supervisory skills required

    Proven ability to lead and hold accountable a team to meet quotas and sales goals

    Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills

    Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with active listening ability required

    Exceptional organization, process-orientation, and problem-solving capabilities required

    Demonstrated experience with automation software within sales teams, including CRM, reporting tools, MS Office required

    Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

    This role is full-time, in office.
