Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Location: Bruchsal
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting our clients and maintaining customer data
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and customer-oriented support
- Order processing and management
- Pre-calculation and pricing
- Creating and following up on offers
- Invoicing of orders
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of sales experience preferred
- Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications
- Knowledge of QAD, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
