    Regional Sales Manager job description

    • Manage a team of dedicated truck sales professionals.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with trucking companies and associations.
    • Lead by example on customer calls and assist the sales team with presenting and closing orders.
    • Hire and train new salespeople to become industry experts.
    Regional Sales Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Strong work ethic with excellent self-discipline and time management skills.
    • Reasonable working knowledge of trucks and truck specifications.
    • Customer relations experience within the Trucking Industry or a related industry.
    • Exceptional Customer Service Orientation.
    • A desire for high earning potential.
    • A record of success in past sales positions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Some travel is required.
