Your tasks:

You are responsible for the local branch organization
You are responsible for motivating your teams and successfully implementing business objectives
You are responsible for approximately 80 to 100 employees, whom you hire, develop and promote individually

Your qualifications:

You have solid knowledge in the bakery or gastronomy industry and possess commercial or specialized knowledge or a degree in business administration
You have leadership qualities, with at least 25 years of management experience, ideally in a similar position
Good manners, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of working with employees and customers characterize you
Your strengths include high social competence, resilience, assertiveness and flexibility
You have a good understanding of key figures and are proficient in working with MS Office
You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
