    A nationally leading Healthcare Staffing company has partnered with XPG Recruit to find an ambitious professional to join a high-energy, team-oriented environment in their Jacksonville office.     Position: Healthcare Account Executive

    Location:onsite in Jacksonville

    Compensation: $50,000 with a healthy commission structure

    Your Responsibilities?

    · Extensive interaction with allied health professionals and clients

    · Build a solid base of allied health professionals and clients through sales effort

    · Prepare proposals

    · Manage allied health professionals working on-site at client facilities

    · Create recruiting and marketing programs for professionals and clients

    · Self-confident and driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environment

    · Able to handle pressure and problem solve quickly

    · Excellent communication and people skills

    · Ability and eagerness to learn

    · Ability to work independently and in a team environment
