I pride myself of my fast and tenacious recruiting/head hunting style as well as my “gift of the gab.” I'm motivated to keep my wife a stay at home mom so I bury myself with my work. Started in Healthcare recruiting, then sales and marketing, and then truly gain the staffing experience with legal/medical/finance & accounting/office roles. Became the sole Recruiter during covid to keep the organization afloat. Then was given an opportunity to finally recruit for high level it roles. All other industries were sprinkled in but primarily finance and it. 

Psychology. I was notoriously shy, so I studied psychology to become an extrovert. I obtained a bachelor's degree from UNF to further my career away from entry level positions.
