    Role Overview – Software Development/Execution Leader

    Matilda Cloud is on the lookout for a seasoned Software Development/Execution Leader.

    This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-notch software solutions and driving the technical vision of the company.

    The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, hands-on coding experience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
    Define and implement development methodologies, ensuring the efficient execution of projects.
    Work closely with Product Managers to align software development with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
    Facilitate communication and collaboration among the development team and other departments.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
    Oversee the architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our products.
    Track and manage key performance indicators to drive team performance and meet delivery timelines.
    Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.


    Qualifications:
    Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    Certifications in public cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
    Experience with enterprise applications hosted in data centers and the public cloud.
