Essential Job Functions:
1. Coordinates activities / functions for dental school Program Director and other senior leadership within NSU-CDM as well as between NSU and external contacts such as students, patients, and other governing representatives.
2. Manages students' lockers assignments and issues, prepares work orders and annual lockers switch over from junior to senior students.
3. Prepares and sends monthly Simulation Lab schedules to faculty and students.
4.
Responds to inquiries and resolves complex problems requiring in-depth understanding of work-area policies and procedures to ensure questions are answered and issues resolved timely.
5. Reviews data and follows up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
6. Enters data and generates reports from NSU specific software systems to ensure accurate processing and record-keeping.
7. Coordinates travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of management's time.
8. Processes financial transactions such as check requests, purchase orders, travel reimbursements to ensure timely record-keeping.
9. Coordinates and monitors the schedule of Program Director and others as assigned.
10.
Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies (lab coats, business cards, etc.), maintaining records in management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
11. Assist in the coordination of accreditation activities.
12. Completes special projects as assigned.
13. Performs other duties as assigned or required
