Define and implement Service Sales Strategy and be accountable for reaching budgeted sales growths Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Service Sales Operations in all Business Operations in direct/indirect markets Develop and strengthen service culture Participate in M&A projects in engine services business and leadership in corresponding post-merger integration for business operations including KPI systems, Digital and IT (PMI)
Facilitate and drive cross-regional cooperation and to all JB interface functions Drive and monitor initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and order Intake within the NAM Service Sales organizationYour Profile:
Technical degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar), in addition ideally business degree/MBA Significant years of management experience in an internationally operating company in relevant industry (Combustion Engines, Power Generation or Oil & Gas segment) Several years of experience managing global organization in multiple remote geographies Profound years of experience in management roles in the field of Service operations and/or Customer Service Management Excellent technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including excellent IT skills SFDC , Oracle Strong strategy development and hands-on operational implementation approach Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability and willingness to travel if needed Strong change agent and continuous improvement mindset Fluency in English (written and spoken)INNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
