Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
  • Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on building rapport
  • Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience in outbound calling and sales is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$35, $49,945.98 per year
