    The Wealth Management National Sales team plays a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisors by overseeing the sales support of non-banking products and driving business development within our branch network, aiming to achieve revenue growth across various product areas.

    Reporting to the Head of the Consulting Group Advisory Team, the Portfolio Solutions Director at Morgan Stanley is responsible for leading sales initiatives within their territory. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage national initiatives and campaigns using Salesforce.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and development to financial advisors.
    • Collaborate with Regional Management and Product teams to identify opportunities and achieve regional and product targets that meet client needs.
    • Drive overall business in the coverage area, focusing on CG penetration and Advisory development.
    • Organize education meetings and events related to investment strategy, practice management, and advisory training.

    Knowledge and Skills Required:
    • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) or willingness to obtain post-hire.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in financial markets and products, with at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of Morgan Stanley's branch network, CG products, and MSPS suite of products.
    • Proven track record in sales/marketing and team leadership.
    • Excellent presentation skills for client and internal events.

    The base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 annually, with additional compensation such as commissions, bonuses, and benefits.
