- Manage national initiatives and campaigns using Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to financial advisors.
- Collaborate with Regional Management and Product teams to identify opportunities and achieve regional and product targets that meet client needs.
- Drive overall business in the coverage area, focusing on CG penetration and Advisory development.
- Organize education meetings and events related to investment strategy, practice management, and advisory training.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) or willingness to obtain post-hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in financial markets and products, with at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Morgan Stanley's branch network, CG products, and MSPS suite of products.
- Proven track record in sales/marketing and team leadership.
- Excellent presentation skills for client and internal events.
