- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and oversee meeting logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence and legal documents to the highest standard of accuracy.
- Support billing, expense management, and compliance processes on behalf of partners.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including client events, marketing materials, and presentations.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting partners or senior executives within a law firm.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
