- 5+ years experience in compliance and/or regulatory roles in the financial services sector
- Understanding of securities laws, private funds, and venture capital is advantageous
- Proven track record in analyzing complex issues
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or JD preferred
- Familiarity with the Investment Adviser Act of 1940
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Capability to influence decision-makers through expertise, logic, and relationships
- Quick grasp of new concepts and consideration of potential repercussions of daily decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and review compliance policies and procedures in conjunction with F-Prime business associates
- Identify and escalate issues to F-Prime's Vice President of Risk & Compliance
- Provide guidance on compliance and ethics policies, particularly those involving sensitive information
- Support with risk assessments, audits, and regulatory submissions
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, ownership, and empowerment
