Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team.

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in our financial operations, including payroll, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supervision of the bookkeeping staff.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including payroll processing, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
Supervise and mentor the bookkeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Handle ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred
