Chase, Clarke, Stewart & Fontana is an established full-service independent insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to develop relationships with new clients as well as maintain existing relationships with current clients.
In addition to assisting clients with their insurance protection, the position involves communication with account producers, underwriters, and marketing representatives for the many companies that we represent.
We are looking for a motivated individual that is eager to learn company underwriting procedures, appetites, and will thrive in marketing new and existing client accounts.
Location:
- Holyoke, MA
Hours of Operation:
- 8:30am4:30pm Monday-Thursday 8:30am3:30pm Friday

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, account producers and company underwriters regarding policy status and coverage information
- Input policy updates and account information into management system
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Quote and remarket new and existing accounts
- Manage account renewals in timely manner
- Follow company underwriting procedures
Requirements:
- 1+ Years experience required
- Excellent communication
