AFLAC, the leader in voluntary worksite benefits, is searching for a results-driven account manager to join our team in Litchfield County Connecticut.
Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with existing Aflac clients as well as targeting prospective new clients.
To ensure success as an account manager, you should be adept at market research and skilled in forming long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
Ultimately, a top-notch account manager will leverage their sales expertise to drive profitability and shape business operations within the organization.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Setting and communicating sales targets that promote longterm profitability.
- Establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current and target clients.
- Resolving clients' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
- Maintaining detailed records on key accounts.
- Conducting regular market research to maintain an updated knowledge of consumers' needs and competitors' activities.
- Partaking in industry events to refine your skills and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships.
Account Manager:
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
- The ability to build longlasting professional relationships.
- A selfdriven approach to work.
- Willingness to travel to current and target clients, as required.
Job Types:

Pay:
$50, $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
