- Offer administrative support to the Marketing Department
- Provide assistance with filing, answering phones, processing payments, and offer general support to the administrative staff as needed
- Assist with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting member feedback, creating graphs, charts, and slides to present to decision-makers.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Supporting marketing leadership in organizing various projects
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
- Work with marketing team and organizer to promote and publicize event
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Organizing facilities and details such as USFHP presence, entertainment, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Description
JOB SUMMARYWork under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor to support the day to day functions in the Marketing/Sales Division of USFHP.
RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Assistant:
Event Planner:
· Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
· Liaise with HBC's to identify their needs to optimize branding and enrollment opportunities.
· Negotiate sponsorship agreements with community partners.
· Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
· Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
· Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
· Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
· Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
· Proven experience as an Events Planner or Organizer
Skills/Competencies
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
· Good communication and people skills
Education/Certifications/License
High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
SALARY RANGE: $48,500.00 to $52,000.00
