    ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Brand Manager will help support the Tropicana business. Reporting into the VP/GM, the ABM will be responsible for P&L management, forecasting, and annual planning.

    The Associate Brand Manager will also be responsible for assisting in strategic planning of new innovations and line extensions in the future, as well as driving top line and productivity gains to drive margin expansion.


    Other responsibilities include:


    Help drive sales alignment on go-to-market, innovation sell-in, distribution, pricing, and promotional activities to achieve profitable growthHelp drive alignment of key business elements including pricing strategy, active SKU management, and category management / assortment optimizationSupport Tropicana team in their collaboration with Sales and Demand Generation COEs to drive space planning, distribution, and outlet level look of success goalsSupport shopper marketing and media teams in executing top customer plansLead ongoing customer conquest opportunities that generate impactful financial result; lead risk & opportunity assessmentDrive integrated, top-line and productivity driven gross margin expansion plans through collaboration with Demand Generation/RGM, Sales and Supply Chain teamsHelping develop annual operating plan and strategic planTackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategiesProject Management of critical Juice cross-functional initiatives as neededProfessional Experience / Requirements:Undergraduate Degree, MBA preferred2+ years CPG marketing experienceMust be located in Chicago, IL or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL for the duration of employmentStrong interpersonal, communication, influencing, organizational, and analytical skills to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders.

    Proven track record of driving tactical execution with strong in-market successAbility to drive strong storytelling through data both in-person as well as written for leadership sell-in and updatesExceptional project management/execution skills to meet aggressive deliverables.

    Strong analytical and financial management skills (P&Ls, margin analysis, Comms)Working directly with sales on customer collaboration of brand executionDemonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformationExperience with IRI or Nielsen syndicated data required.

    Experience with Mintel, Numerator, or other consumer insights platforms preferred.

    Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategiesDemonstrated ability to implement short and long term strategies to support organizational operation and transformationLead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channelsBenefits Overview:
