    Description

    Job Description:

    3+ years of experience in a technical support role (preferably Azure VM, Azure AKS, Networking, or Windows)
    5+ years of technical experience in three or more of the following:
    o Solid understanding of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes.
    o Linux OSS
    o Familiarity with one, or more, shell environments (BASH, sh, tcsh, ksh, etc.)
    o Experience with Linux script-based development environments and tools (PERL, Python, Ruby, PhP, Jenkins, etc.)
    o Experience administering Linux (boot process, file systems, network device and protocol configuration)
    o Familiarity with core OS services such as: SSH, telnet, FTP, NFS, DNS, DHCP, Samba, LDAP
    o Operating System/Virtualization
    o Familiarity with Security, OS Internals concepts
    o Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
    o Networking
    o Understanding of container specific networking such as CNI
    o Familiarity with DHCP, VIPs, NAT, DNS
    o Familiarity with networking troubleshooting (ping, tracert, tracemon, tcpdump, etc.)
    o Understanding of load balancing and familiarity with relevant components such NGINX, Application Gateways, and NVAs

    BS in computer science or engineering
    Kubernetes Administration Certification

    1) Experience in technical support (3+ years)

    2) Experience in multiple technology areas (5+ years)

    3) Proven advanced technical troubleshooting skills (5+ years)
