    Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

    BNY Mellon is a leading asset management and banking firm with a rich history spanning over 238 years. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, US.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
    • Assist in maintaining and supporting applications and their operating environments.
    • Respond to alerts, follow standard procedures for issue resolution.
    • Monitor applications, respond to incidents.
    • Perform routine health checks, validations after changes or incidents.
    • Perform troubleshooting for complex issues.
    • Implement automation for tasks.
    • Mentor junior team members.
    • Contribute to team objectives.
    • Conduct and document Root Cause Analysis.
    • Coordinate with various teams, raise support tickets, analyze root cause for resolution.
    • Provide quick support for escalated incidents, act as liaison for issue resolution.
    • Communicate with business users to understand needs.
    • Produce Ad hoc Reports for users from databases.
    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • Strong analytical and communication skills - both verbal and written.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
    • 4-6 years of experience in application support or production environment.
    • Experience in securities or financial services industry is beneficial.
    • High-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to learn.
    • Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
    • Experience in Configuration and Release Management.
    • Database query programming knowledge.
    • Leadership skills with project oversight ability.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience with accounting and Eagle investment systems is advantageous.
