- This role is client-facing, so it is expected to have a 25% to 50% travel component on average per month, as commercial needs arise, to visit clients, host or attend events.

Overview
The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing account relationships. This key role will spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales plans, lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, and foster long-lasting partnerships with clients in need of technology services with nearshoring requirements.
