- QuickTalker Freestyle
- 10+ years direct to consumer healthcare marketing and/or healthcare business/sales channel development (Direct to consumer highly preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including email, SMS, website, and social media
- Able to think strategically to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases around market trends and customer needs
- Proven ability to influence and work collaboratively across various stakeholders, functions, and senior leaders with a focus on best outcomes
- High aptitude for understanding the technology necessary to support marketing initiatives and continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA preferred
- Develop marketing strategies that drive demand generation, support a flawless service and product delivery experience, create family advocates, and promote re-engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of what families like about working with AbleNet, their core needs, and barriers preventing them from working with AbleNet.
- Establish KPIs that measure the effectiveness of marketing strategy.
- Execute, measure, and refine marketing strategies to achieve revenue, operating profit, and net income goals as defined by executive leadership.
- Establish frameworks for marketing team members to follow in their day-to-day execution of marketing strategy.
- Partner with the data science team to uncover insights, develop customer segmentation, and leverage emerging technologies like AI.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and experiment with new technology and digital marketing techniques to support marketing strategies.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to understand their positioning and go-to-market strategies.

The Marketing Director, Direct-to-Consumer Segment is responsible for leading the development, implementation, measurement, and refinement of strategies to fuel growth, engage our target audience of families who have a child who could benefit from a speech device, and create a flawless service and product delivery experience. This role will manage and recruit additional marketing team members or an external agency to support their strategies and achieve goals.
The Marketing Director, Direct-to-Consumer Segment partners with executive leadership, the medical funding operations team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with organizational strategy and goals. This role requires embracing technology, continuously being curious, always showing a sense of urgency, and aligning with AbleNet's guiding principles.
