    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's technology infrastructure.

    This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.


    Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution
    • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
    • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new technologies and systems
    • Provide technical support to endusers and assist with training as needed
    • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT technology

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
    • Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
    • Experience with quantum engineering is a plus
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    MUST HAVES:
    Microsoft 365 Cloud Services (OneDrive, Sharepoint, AzureAD, Exchange Online, Microsoft Security, Microsoft Compliance, and On-Prem AD)
    Mitel VOIP phone system
    Cyber Security administration
    Procurement of computer and network hardware and peripherals
    Security System (Honeywell system)
