    We believe in Playing Bigger We are establishing an entirely new category of services that solves critical problems for the Behavioral Health Industry. Our solutions make the sale of our services a "make sense" argument for potential customers.

    Working with us, Sales Executives will have the opportunity to break new ground for an established company. They will know exactly what to sell and to whom.

    We offer a base salary with On target earnings of $150-200k

    We are looking for an engaged NEW member of our Growth Team and if you answered YES to the questions above, we need to talk

    Expectations of the qualified candidate:

    • Provide year over year company Revenue growth as a result of what you do
    • Work with marketing to rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
    • Identify and develop the KPI's that sales will be performing against including Average Revenue by Product, Win Rate, YOY Growth, NPS, etc.
    • Execute on the sales goals created by the growth team and work closely with Product Management to ensure sales efforts are properly targeted
    • Develop and present proposals tailored to each individual client's specific need
    • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business
    • Take a data driven approach to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Track Sales Activity Metrics to determine highest impact
    • Manage the sales cycle through implementation, and ongoing as needed
    • Prior experience with a Professional Employer Organization or Behavioral Health preferred

    Preferred Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • A strong strategic thinker with exceptional business development and account management skills
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales
    • Is Dynamic, articulate and well spoken
    • Learns quickly and excited about new technology
    • Extremely strong phone skills, ability to set up and close appointments over the phone
    • Outstanding organization, time management and follow up skills
    • Resourceful. Ability to use various tools and relationships to enhance opportunities for success

    This position is a base plus commission position and is based upon prior sales skills and experience.
