- Work on developing promotion concepts that drive short-term volume while preserving long-term brand equity.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach to provide optimal solutions for customer needs.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and productivity in a dynamic environment requiring flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Assist Regional Managers in volume forecasting for timely product delivery.
- Invest in continuous skill development through training programs.
- Reside near a major airport for efficient travel to key account locations.
- Possess sales experience with National and Regional Chain HQ accounts.
- Have knowledge of Alcohol Beverage industry and its legal structure, promotion requirements, and three-tier system.
- Expected travel of 40-50% based on business needs, with occasional evening or weekend work.

POSITION TITLE: Manager, National Accounts - West
POSITION PURPOSE:
This role is accountable for expanding the Paulaner USA portfolio in national and regional chain accounts across on and off premise segments. Reporting to the National Accounts Director, this position will collaborate with East and West Division Sales Leaders to create National chain opportunities. It will work alongside Paulaner USA Regional Managers to pinpoint and activate key Regional targets. Success in this role will be achieved through various strategies such as identifying and targeting chain stores, contributing to brand programming development, engaging with chain personnel at distributor partners, and leveraging business analytics for identifying opportunities and offering solutions to customers. A proactive mindset is crucial for surpassing expectations and bringing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and outperform competitors.
