- Supports the Activations Team in flawless activating of all digital components within a partnership program, including in-app and ecommerce
- Supports the Team in delivering overall yearly revenue goals
- Maintains, updates and distributes accurate digital deliverables documents including: trackers, databases, calendars, etc. – ensuring delivery to key stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison between the Production Digital Team, Brand Content Team and the Client/Agency.
- Maintains all digital contest components
- Tracks, measures, and reports on digital growth and campaign effectiveness
- Captures screen grabs and data to build wrap decks and/or case studies showcasing the success of managed campaigns (digital only and digital supporting on-air)
- Disseminate all details, deliverables and brand guidelines/message for each integration to all necessary stakeholders (Production, Business Affairs, Digital, etc.)
- Assist with the posting of content on the website and all social media channels.
- Assist with reporting and analytics.
- Write copy for social channels as needed.
- Other responsibilities as needed; assembly of presentation materials, organization of promotional materials (ie swag), meeting setup and other administrative tasks
- Professional experience in digital brand marketing or brand partnerships preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Must be a self-starter, problem solver and creative thinker
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing digital content
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with production crews and talent.
- Must be comfortable and able to demonstrate proficiency when working with numbers.

Description
The Brand Content and Partnerships Team develops cross-platform marketing programs that leverage the power of WB Unscripted Television's portfolio of linear and digital assets to create custom solutions for advertisers and brand partners. Properties include but are not limited to: The Jennifer Hudson Show, EXTRA, , "Heads Up" and True Crime News. The team works with each show's team of writers and producers to develop, create and distribute custom branded content that reaches fans at scale across all platforms.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Digital Assistant will assist the broader Brand Content & Partnerships (BCP)Team with the flawless execution of branded digital and social content produced by and distributed across WB Unscripted TV portfolio properties, with an emphasis on WB's new nationally-syndicated crime show, "True Crime News," hosted by 8-time Emmy award-winning journalist Ana Garcia.
As an entry level role, this position represents the exciting start of a media career and at the start will be training-intensive. Aptitude for learning new skills is essential.
This position is critical in the day-to-day tactical management of the custom media campaigns and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. Strong and effective internal team and client-facing communication is critical, along with the ability to prioritize. The Digital Assistant is also encouraged to contribute ideas and insights that will benefit our clients, and like all teammates, supports the team is the overarching goal of revenue generation.
The position is based out of our Los Angeles office in Burbank (however there is opportunity to work remotely), and will work closely with the executive producers and programming execs at "True Crime News." Day-to-day, the Digital Assistant will report to the Executive Director of Brand Content & Partnerships, with the role ultimately reporting into the SVP of Brand Content & Partnerships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Pay Range is $60,000 -- $90,000 salary per year. Telepictures/WBD provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, sick time and vacation.
