The Brand Content and Partnerships Team
develops cross-platform marketing programs that leverage the power of WB Unscripted Television's portfolio of linear and digital assets to create custom solutions for advertisers and brand partners.
The team works with each show's team of writers and producers to develop, create and distribute custom branded content that reaches fans at scale across all platforms.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Warner Bros.
Unscripted TV's Brand Content & Partnerships Team seeks an experienced Manager of Brand Content & Partnerships for its new nationally-syndicated crime show, "True Crime News," hosted by 8-time Emmy award-winning journalist Ana Garcia.
As a key member of the team, the Manager of Brand Content & Partnerships leads all cross-platform sales integrations, managing all advertiser client relationships from start to finish.
Next, you will project manages throughout the contract process and is point on executing all on-air and digital deliverables, as well as all reporting needs.
The ideal candidate has a track record of selling and executing linear integrations, and thrives in a high volume, fast-paced and team-oriented television production environment.
The position is based out of our Los Angeles office in Burbank (however there is opportunity to work remotely), and will work closely with the executive producers and programming execs at "True Crime News," while reporting to the SVP of Brand Content & Partnerships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect, pitch and attract new business and clients (both direct to client and agency)
Manage the sales process from lead generation through execution
Pitch creative ideas for integrations/partnerships to potential brand partners with final approval to be given by Production
Meet and exceed annual revenue goal against a P&L
Serve as a liaison between Production and the Client/Client representative throughout execution
Manage the contract signing process
Assist with finance and accounting records and payment of invoices
Project manage wrap reporting needs.
Manage and update calendar and schedule of brand integrations
Disseminate all details, deliverables and brand guidelines/message for each integration to all necessary stakeholders (Production, Business Affairs, Digital, etc.)
Create and maintain detailed timelines for each integration
Review all scripts to make sure contractual deliverables and key brand messaging are included
Be present for all integration tapings and review final edits before content airs or goes live on social/digital platforms
Work closely with Warner Bros. Discovery Media Sales to proactively pitch new partners and respond to RFPs
Skills/Qualifications:
4+ years experience selling custom integration packages for linear broadcast television and digital & social campaigns across platforms
Ideally candidate will bring strong advertiser contacts in linear TV, digital & social media (client and agency side), and brands with ability to independently build a large pipeline
Experience successfully developing, closing and managing large, customized content deals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines
Familiarity and strong enthusiasm for crime and daytime genres
Experience in a production environment
Willingness to travel as needed
Knowledge and understanding of advertising pricing and packaging
Must be a self-starter, problem solver and creative thinker
Enthusiasm to learn, grow and test new ideas
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance.
Pay Range is $100,000-$130,000 salary per year. Telepictures/WBD provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, sick time and vacation.Warner Bros.
