    Description

    JOB OPPORTUNITY:

    Join our dynamic team as a Loan/Lease Coordinator, where you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless preparation of loan/lease packages while adhering to all policies, regulations, and standards. Work closely with various stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather necessary documentation efficiently.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide top-notch operational and relationship support to Corporate / Commercial Banking RMs, PMs, and external clients.
    • Support revenue-generating activities and uphold operational excellence and compliance.
    • Maintain data integrity across systems and promptly address any exceptions to minimize financial impact.
    • Proactively resolve customer issues and prevent future occurrences.
    • Stay updated on relevant regulations, credit policies, and procedures.

    KEY ACTIVITIES:

    • Facilitate Credit Approvals and loan administration for various deals.
    • Monitor and analyze overdrafts and ACH file suspensions for timely resolution.
    • Conduct covenant and financial credit monitoring.
    • Assist in marketing activities and proposal preparations.
    • Identify new leads through industry-specific prospecting projects.
