    Our Construction Management Team in San Diego has an opportunity for a talented Document Control Specialist . Explore this opportunity with Psomas and apply today

    As our Document Control Specialist, you will manage the dissemination of project documents to project staff, maintains both hard copy and electronic files, responds to records requests, and prepares project files and administrative record for final closeout and retention.

    Responsibility Highlights for our Document Control Specialist
    Manage project documents, maintain both hard copy and electronic files, and coordinate the project files and administrative records for final closeout and retention
    Collaborate with legal team to respond to administrative record requests and/or legal challenges
    Prepare transmittals, distribute documents using Prolog, and retrieve documents
    Assist the Project Manager, the Construction Manager, and the Project Team in all matters relative to project documents and the control and distribution of documents
    Minimum Qualifications to be our Document Control Specialist
    5-10 years or more of experience with document processing and management
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

    Hybrid and Remote Schedules
