- Supporting and managing financial models, creating comprehensive outputs tracking business metrics and performance.
- Supporting business overview presentations and providing leadership with actual financial performance, analysis of key business drivers, and updated forecasts.
- Providing essential support on key team deliverables. Including strategic plans and operating plan, annual and budgeting, financial reprojections, and internal and external reporting.
- Supporting development of board and investor presentations facilitating management discussion and articulating the Company's strategic vision and operating plan.
- Contributing to high-impact cross-functional projects, and ad-hoc analysis improving organizational efficiency.
- Executing duties and maintaining standards in accordance with Company's policies and procedures.
- Additional duties and projects as required.
- BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years of corporate finance experience, including the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Self-starting, ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, expertise in financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NVP, and IRR analyses.
- Working experience with SQL, Python, or R is desired.
- Strong work ethic, professional, proactive, and positive attitude are essential.
