Job Description

The Senior Staff Accountant will work through the Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting and works closely with the senior leadership and Investor Relations as applicable.

Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $ $85000. Pay will be determined based on experience level.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation and coordination of financial filings, including the annual Form 10-K, 401K and pension plan reporting, and quarterly Form 10-Q reporting.

Coordination with external auditors

(PricewaterhouseCoopers)

in all aspects of their auditing and reporting of external reporting.
Compliance with all aspects of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) internal controls with respect to external reporting requirements.
Assisting with research and analysis and writing related memorandums, as applicable.
Assisting with financial accounting aspects of leasing, general accounting and acquisitions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 4-6 years accounting or related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly desired.
Experience in preparing SEC filings preferred.
Motivated professional with strong analytical skills who performs with a high degree of accuracy and is attentive to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a style suitable for the filings and reports.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and question data and other inputs.
Strong organizational skills to ensure maintenance and integrity of data.
Ability to guide and coordinate data collection efforts across multiple departments.
