    This is located onsite at a customer in Rochester.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead comprehensive training sessions for healthcare front office staff on how to effectively use our billing software, ensuring both competence and efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with billing managers to tailor training and software usage strategies to meet individual practice needs.
    • Take full ownership of the training process for various practices, from planning through execution and follow-up.
    • Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch.
    • Manage ongoing customer relationships, striving to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer and address any training-related concerns.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that enhance scalability and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
    • Analyze and solve complex business problems, owning both the execution and the outcomes of your strategies.
    • Drive and track key operational metrics, such as process throughput and defect rates, to measure training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify and address emerging challenges and opportunities.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and teach complex software systems.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in a training or implementation role, ideally within a healthcare or tech-focused environment.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering, to enhance customer satisfaction and meet company goals.
    • Strong documentation skills, with a proficiency in developing best practices that streamline onboarding and training processes for scalability.
    • Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, and a meticulous attention to detail.
