Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our security business unit.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans and schedules installation and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex systems, or service installed jobs
Assists in implementing and maintaining quality assurance program to continuously improve customer satisfaction
Monitors job status and controls job costs
Job closure process
Training and development of team members
Supervises team members and plays role in hiring process of new talent

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
5 years of project management experience in the physical and electronic security industries
Valid license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with analog/digital multi-meter
Two to four years of technical school (preferably in Electronics Training or equivalent Military training)
Has a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, and operations
Good subcontracting skills required
An understanding of job financial reports, and the ability to control costs in the handling of large projects

Other Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry maximum of 50lbs (occasionally)
