Job Summary:
Most work expected to occur at our West Chester, PA facilities - may require travel, typically within 2 hour drive.
Duties:
- Ensure the safety of the work completed by adhering to the environmental, health & safety policies and procedures and identify any potentially unsafe conditions or procedures to the Executive Team
- Work with Director of Transportation, Field Service Manger, Oil Plant Manager, and Executive Team to support maintenance and upkeep of Eldredge's entire fleet of trucks, vehicles, and equipment
- Able to Manage and Successfully complete requests for service, maintenance, and updates for all units and equipment companywide
- Maintain equipment permitting, maintenance information, and vehicle/unit inventory requirements per internal, local, state, and federal regulations
- Procurement when equipment, services, or other external resources are required to ensure daily operations of Logistics teams
- Developing internal equipment maintenance plans including budgets, schedules, cost analysis, and safety requirements
- Create and complete all required paperwork for specialty/project equipment needs
- Ordering and coordination of Operational rental equipment, safety equipment, and monitors, and project materials
- At times, Onsite Communication with Customer contact or internal staff to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction
- Assist with closing projects once completed including equipment returns, gathering documentation for invoicing, and other tasks assigned by Logistics Management
- Assist in communication between various departments to complete jobs in a timely manner.
Departments include but not limited to:
Plant, Field Service, Technical Service, Operations, Sales, & Safety
- Participate in monthly health and safety meetings, weekly project management meetings, prebid meetings, and project kickoff meetings
- Maintain or acquire individual certifications as directed by management
- Assist in ensuring compliance of all Responsible Care Management Systems codes and initiatives
- Commitment to general teamwork in support of all aspects of daily logistics activities to ensure the profitability and sustained growth of the corporation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Bachelor degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) is the minimum requirement
- Must have basic computer and software skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. and ability to use cell phone and similar technologies to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Valid Driver's License is required to operate company equipment
- Successfully complete a drug screen and preemployment physical
- Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines, flexibility in daily schedule will be needed
- May require walking on uneven ground, occasionally require lifting up to 60 lbs., pulling and/or pushing and carrying; Climbing, walking, standing, sitting, lifting, pulling/pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, crawling, stooping, and crouching
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
- Color perception (Red, Green, Amber)

Pay:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
