These are your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for leading and implementing complex interdisciplinary IT (major) projects
  • You are responsible for the budget, quality, time, and scope
  • In addition to resource and budget planning, you develop business cases and project proposals (including cost-benefit analysis)
  • Together with the team, you create a risk and quality register, as well as a communication strategy, and analyze change and business impact
  • You assess project risks and initiate measures to minimize them
  • You develop project plans with responsibility for cost estimation and adherence to time and budget plans
  • You lead and manage interdisciplinary teams and external partners, taking into account traditional, agile, and hybrid values and methods according to the project plan
  • You develop and present decision templates and status information for the steering committee
  • You ensure communication within the project and with stakeholders
