- Serving as conduit between Sales and Operations departments
- Acts as business manager -- analyzing results, advising and proactively making recommendations for improvement
- Building strong relationships with key Clients, internal and external partners
- Acts as a business consultant in providing recommendations that improve marketing results
- Effectively manages client billing and related issues
- Serving as Client Advocate ensuring client requests and orders are documented and executed correctly
- Prepares account status, including collecting, analyzing and summarizing various types of client information
- Resolves customer issues by thoroughly researching, documenting and communicating results in a clear, objective way

Description
This position will serve as the primary contact for a group of clients to ensure company revenue goals are met. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales, solving client problems, and the ability to effectively serve as the client advocate within the company. Candidate will also manage customer projects including timelines and dependencies.
Responsibilities will include:
Ideal candidates will be highly entrepreneurial with strong, positive interpersonal skills and should be able to rapidly establish credibility and relationships with a broad range of individuals. They will posses a wide range of skill sets and experience with a proven history of delivering outstanding results in a metrics-based, time sensitive environment.
