- Supervise staff and manage operations across customer relations, renter's insurance, early terminations, and more
- Ensure high levels of customer service and competence in all resident interactions
- Drive results on Google, social media, and resident surveys to enhance the resident experience
- Liaise with market team members on resident escalations and ensure transparent communication
- Stay informed about market trends and conditions
- Promote teamwork across departments to drive performance
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performance property management teams
- Enforce policies and standards to meet operational objectives
- Train team on fiduciary duty and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations
- Respond to HOA violations and customer issues promptly
- Assist with daily operations and leadership in the absence of the Portfolio Operations Director
- Supervise staff, set goals, and provide performance feedback
- Ensure completion of training requirements and goal setting for employees
- Manage personnel performance and development
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or 5+ years of property management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of property management experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Real Estate license preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Previous use of Yardi Voyager and Salesforce a plus
