    Position Summary:

    The Assistant Director Resident Services (ADRS) leads a team of property management professionals in various field-level operations. Responsibilities include handling resident inquiries, HOA violations, rent collections, reputation management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    The ADRS guides and supports team members through challenging situations and ensures seamless communication with residents to foster lasting relationships.

    Essential Functions:

    • Supervise staff and manage operations across customer relations, renter's insurance, early terminations, and more
    • Ensure high levels of customer service and competence in all resident interactions
    • Drive results on Google, social media, and resident surveys to enhance the resident experience
    • Liaise with market team members on resident escalations and ensure transparent communication
    • Stay informed about market trends and conditions
    • Promote teamwork across departments to drive performance
    • Recruit, hire, and train high-performance property management teams
    • Enforce policies and standards to meet operational objectives
    • Train team on fiduciary duty and decision-making
    • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations
    • Respond to HOA violations and customer issues promptly
    • Assist with daily operations and leadership in the absence of the Portfolio Operations Director
    • Supervise staff, set goals, and provide performance feedback
    • Ensure completion of training requirements and goal setting for employees
    • Manage personnel performance and development

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or 5+ years of property management experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 5+ years of property management experience
    • 3+ years of supervisory experience
    • Real Estate license preferred
    • Valid Driver's License required
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Experience with MS Office suite
    • Previous use of Yardi Voyager and Salesforce a plus
